Project: Wisteria Court Apartments

Located 15 miles from downtown St. Louis, this 54-unit community was built in 2001 (Phase I) and 2005 (Phase II). This beautifully landscaped property has been impeccably maintained and has little to no deferred maintenance items. It sits just off Interstate 64, allowing easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options, including St. Clair Square Mall. It will continue to remain one of the premiere multifamily communities in the Eastern MSA due to its highly desirable property amenity package including a beautiful swimming pool, gated access, 24-hour fitness center, playground, putting green, clubhouse with a business center, and attached garages on select units.

Project: Hawkins Point Townhomes

Ideally located just a short 20-minute drive on I-64 to Downtown St. Louis, and just minutes from quality shopping and family - friendly entertainment, the residents enjoy the conveniences of the city while being surrounded by the tranquility that only a smaller town can provide. Built in 2011, Hawkins Point is an impeccably maintained asset consisting of 64 townhome-style units, all outfitted with a market leading amenity package.
